The Geekazoids are honest and open about our rates. We want you to know our service charges upfront so that you can make a well-informed decision on how to pursue the right technical support for your needs. We charge the same rate for both residential and small office technical support. We do this so that we may easily support that gray area of home businesses, to which we especially cater.
Service rates are for labor only, parts are charged separately.
Please have payment available at time of service. We accept cash (preferred), check, money order, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
On-Site Support for Residential and Small Business
$75 initial hour - $50 each additional hour
We provide On-Site technical support to residential customers and small businesses. As a home-based business ourselves, we especially cater to home-office customers for setup and maintenance.
We support locations within 50 miles of our main office. Locations that are 25-50 miles from our main office may be subject to a travel fee.
Your computer will be initially assessed, then placed at the end of our current queue. At Shop repairs usually take 2-5 days, depending on what is needed and our current workload. See our Emergency Response Service if you need your computer fixed ASAP.
Save time! We offer a convenient Pickup/Delivery service - $20 within 25 miles of our location.

Remote support is technical support provided over the phone, via a remote control utility installed on a computer/phone, or through email.
Remote support is charged in 1/2 hour increments. Not all issues can be resolved remotely.
If a Remote Control utiltiy is used, please let us know if you want to have the access removed at the end of the session. As a policy, we will not remote into your computer without your knowledge.
