- Verify your Data Backups to make sure they are actually usable in case of emergency.
- Verify that Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products are up-to-date with security patches and stability updates. We will install any update or patch that is missing.
- Verify that an Antivirus program is up-to-date and running automatic scans.
- We will do an additional scan for malware and attempt to remove any viruses, adware or spyware if found.
- Delete any temporary files, cookies, cache, recycle bin files that the computer accumulates.
- Hardware Health Check – scan for hardware issues, review inherent hardware reporting logs to attempt to predict problems in advance of failure.
- Remove programs that the Customer deems not necessary.
- Prevent programs that the Customer specifies from automatically starting when the computer boots.
Includes an on-site assessment and requires the installation of a remote access utility.
